From Kelly & Darren
Kelly and Darren are Strathalbyn locals by heart. Originally from Blackwood and Happy Valley they moved to Strathalbyn in 2016 after purchasing a local business and starting their entrepreneurial journey.
Taking ownership of The Wistow Bakery & Café in Wistow in 2020 their successes there helped push them to purchase their second location, The Wistow Café & Catering in Strathalbyn in 2023.

The plans for the future of the business is to keep curating the space and adjusting to the needs of the business to support community.

What We are Doing with Our Community
Community is the at the forefront of everything we do at The Wistow. We support local sporting clubs, groups and events through donations and fundraising. We supply local sporting clubs on a regular basis with prepackaged goods for re-sale within their club canteens, we are involved with our family and children playing within these clubs. We ♥ our town and we understand the importance of supporting the community at every opportunity.
What Makes Us Special
Here at The Wistow we are a home away from home! Our building was constructed in the 1920s and has all of the warmth and character you'd expect. Filled with our wholesome staff and wood-burning fire the coziness is unmatched.

But you don't have time to sit and stay, you say? No problem! We've got everything to make it a speedy stop. We've got a drive-thru, we've got call-ahead ordering, and we've got the skilled baristas to get your flat white to you in a minute flat!

We source our produce locally as much as possible ensuring you not only get the freshest, but the very best.
